If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.If the product cost is higher than 35€ without taxes, we will pay for the transportation costs, if not, customer will need to pay the transport cost to our headquarters.
Only items purchased directly from the DCU Tecnologic online store www.dcutec.com will be accepted.

DCU Tecnologic will pay the complete amount of the returned product, if this one costs more than 35€ without taxes. If not, the transport cost will be payed by the customer. Payment will be received within 14 days from the day the product was delivered.
