All DCU products have a 2 years warranty period from the date of purchase.

Deficiencies caused by knocks, improper handling, improper installation, breakdowns due to excessive humidity, electrical storm or extreme conditions, are not included in the guarantee.

Was the fault occurred due to any of these causes?
Do not worry, your product can be repaired by our technical team. If you have purchased the product through DCU’s website, you can send the product to our headquarters and we will make a repair budget for approval. If you have purchased the product through an authorized wholesalers or retailers, please, contact them.

Has your DCU product stopped working or it does not run properly?
Our customer service will proceed with the repair or exchange, if this is necessary.

Contact your wholesalers or retailer store where you purchased the product and they will provide service to you.

It is essential to present the original purchase documentation together with a brief description of the fault and all the accessories of the product.

Not satisfied with your product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from the DCU online store will be accepted.

For products purchased from authorized wholesalers or retailers, contact them directly.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.
  • Before returning the product, it is important to ensure that it is properly protected so that it does not suffer any damage during transportation.
  • Defective products due to misuse or handling cannot be refund.
  • Returns made without a receipt can be rejected.
  • Sometimes, you may need to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof to refund or replace the product.

What amount will be paid for the return of a product, if I purchased through DCU’s website?If you request the transport collection of the product at your home, you will be paid the amount of the returned product but the collection costs will be at your expense and will be subtracted from the amount of the return credit. Payment will be received within 14 days from the day the product was delivered.

How to make a return?
You can return a product a product purchased through the online store by any of the following ways:

  • Access the "Order History" section of your account. Select the order from which you want to return an item. Select the product (s) you wish to return by checking the box next to its name (s). (Optional) Add an explanation, so that the store team can better understand why the customer wants to return the product.

DCU is committed to shipping worldwide. We work together with the most reliable national and international transport agencies to ensure that your package arrives on time and safely

All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in Girona, Spain or from Hong Kong. Please, note that orders may incur customs fees, which the customer must pay to receive his order.

Orders will be shipped in 24-72h working days from receipt.

Orders received before 12:00, Spanish hour, will be sent the same day or the following day. In case you want to send us to your own shipping company for the collection of the order, tell us in the purchase process.
